Adium/Mail not receiving MozyMac emails

title says it all. i no longer get notifications!? sometimes i will but mostly i wont. my settings are all correct.

none!! if i dont get the adium notification i wont get the email. if i do get the adium notification then i will get the email, today i havent had any emails nor notifications
