Here is how to turn off the "Natural" scrolling in Mac OSX Lion:
1) Go to System Preferences.
2) Choose Mouse or Trackpad icon depending on what you're using.
3) Make sure you're in the "Point & Click" tab.
4) uncheck "Scroll direction: natural"
That's it! now you can scroll just you used to in snow leopard
