So Snow Leopard is out and I will be making new features tutorials. Anyways here I will show you how to enable one of Snow Leopard's new features which is "Trackpad Handwriting".
1) Go to "System Preferences"
2) Go to "Language and Text"
3) Go to the "Import Sources" tab
4) enable Simplified Chinese and make sure "TrackPad Handwriting" check box is checked
5) You can turn it on/off by pressing "Control-Shift-Space" or from menubar menu

is it only on the UMBPs/UMBs that it works? do you need 4-finger capable touch pads?

What a time saver this would be in Japanese. but blackbooks don't have multitouch
Well, the good thing is the Mac OS japanese dictionary is pretty good for my basic japanese, and doesn't involve a lot of searching for the right kanji.
