    Default How to set Mac to auto logout after certain time

    In this tutorial i will show you how to set your Mac to auto logout after certain time, this is useful if you wanted to go out but can't close your Mac now.

    1st Go to "System Preferences" then go to the Security Pane. There you will find a check box " Log out after ..." you might need to click the padlock to be able to change the settings.

    found it! its in exactly the same place as SL.

    I'm so glad my mac is never unattended that I have to do this.

    i wouldnt do this, i just have my screensaver needing a password. when i roll my mouse to the bottomright of the screen it turns on the screensaver. ting ting problem solved.

    In snow leopard you can have it wait before it locks the screen after a screensaver...
