You may have noticed that when you're viewing an image or video on your iPhone, that when you "Email Photo/Video" it compresses the file before emailing it. You can bypass this on 3.0 with images and 3.1 with both images and videos, simply by selecting the image or video and using the copy feature. Then go to the mail application and paste the image or video in. And voilą, you have the full quality image/video ready to be emailed.

This is great for videos especially. Too bad I have a plain 3G. Oh well next year when cometh the new iPhone it will be in hands.
