Hey guys,
I'm new to MozyMac and I got to say it is great!
Anyways...
I have around 600 dollars saved for a mac, and when I do end up getting one I really want to get into programming. I believe Apple will release an App store for Mac soon, and I want to be ready. I have spent time researching Objective-C, but I still don't understand the whole xcode package. Any recommendations on books or tutorial videos.
Thanks!
Hello,
I would recommend getting "Programming in Objective C 2.0" if covers everything you need, from language to framework.
Amazon link: Amazon.com: Programming in Objective-C 2.0 (2nd Edition) (9780321566157): Stephen G. Kochan: Books
Hope this helped![]()

Thanks so much. I will most likely purchase that book, but I was wondering if it is up to date. It was released early 2009 so has apple changed anything since then that wouldn't be present in that book, or is the language exactly the same?
